“Here is the world.
Beautiful and terrible things will happen.
Don’t be afraid.”
~ Frederick Buechner
You don’t have
to walk alone
Life has a way of unraveling when we least expect it. Loss devastates. Transitions turn everything upside down. The faith that once held you feels hollow, or the move that was supposed to be exciting leaves you disconnected. Maybe you're parenting through grief, or holding space for a teen who's struggling, or simply exhausted from performing.
Therapy isn’t necessarily about fixing what is broken. It’s about having someone walk beside you when the road gets hard. It’s about having someone who won’t flinch at your questions, your doubt, or your pain.
How I work
I'm a licensed therapist with a cross-cultural background, specializing in trauma (especially with children and teens), grief and pregnancy loss, spiritual and religious wounds, cross-cultural transitions, and the particular weight of parenting when life feels impossibly complex. I work with people who are wrestling with ambiguity—the ones who don't have neat answers and don't need someone pretending they do.
I offer telehealth and walk-and-talk therapy because healing doesn't have to happen in a traditional office. Some of the most honest conversations happen while moving, or late at night on a video call when the house is finally quiet.
Let’s talk
